Wings of the Dawn

SCRIPTURE Psalm 139:8-10 NIV If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.

THOUGHT At multiple intersections in the life of faith you have to make a decision about whether you will turn toward the promises of God or not; whether you trust those words with your life or not.

So, how is your soul today with believing that wherever you go, wherever you are, whatever your circumstances, God is present with you, and not just a little? He is holding you fast. I’m going to challenge myself to walk in that incredible knowledge today and hope you will too.

PRAYER Oh God, I don’t just want to trudge on through life hoping what Scripture says of you is true. I want a robust, confident faith, a relationship that can only be built with one close enough to hold me fast.
