Epiphanies

SCRIPTURE: Everything comes from him; Everything happens through him; Everything ends up in him. Romans 11:36 MSG

THOUGHT: To everyone who thinks they are somehow circumventing or writing God out by being clever enough to elevate themselves to god status: your intelligence, your gifts, your treasure is from God, through his words over you. All God’s gifts will someday be returned to him, even if they have to drag you behind them to the throne room. They will acknowledge God as the giver of every good and perfect gift, and you will have an epiphany.

PRAYER: Lord, I want my epiphanies on earth, not on the day I stand before you to give account of how I used my gifts and treasure. Do whatever you need to do to make sure that happens.
